CLUB RULES 2025/26

Any member in breach of Club Rules, will be immediately suspended. The Committee will investigate each case and decide on the appropriate course of action. This can include fixed suspensions and permanent bans.

  1. Smoking (including E-cigarettes), consumption of / bringing alcohol on our transport is strictly prohibited. This is a legal requirement.
  2. Behaviour that is likely to give our club a bad name. This includes being unnecessarily disorderly, abusive & aggressive. This will result in the culprit being suspended, until the Committee can meet and decide appropriate action.
  3. Any member owing money, must clear debt or reply with explanation, within 5 days of notification.
  4. Match tickets are the property of Arsenal South Wales Supporters Club & are NOT to be reallocated without our consent. If the original person that booked the ticket cannot attend, then the club will decide who uses the ticket. The person, who cannot attend, will only be issued a refund if the ticket is re-sold. We require 5 days' notice by email (at the latest), prior to the day of departure, for the above rule to be implemented. If someone cannot be found for the ticket, a refund will not be issued.
  5. Tickets that we supply are for Arsenal fans only. Due to complaints, we will not supply transport for fans of our opponents of the day.
  6. If you have your own match ticket, coach fare is now expected before the fixture. If the date of the fixture is rescheduled after booking which results in you being unable to attend, then the fare will be reimbursed in full. We require 5 days' notice, by email (at the latest), for this rule to be implemented.
  7. Gold members will benefit from a £2 discount off coach fare, if you are willing to let us attempt to buy away tickets with your membership number. Silver members will benefit from £2 discount off the coach fare for home games.
  8. Those not wishing to travel on our transport can obtain tickets. However, the full package price is still required to be paid. Exclusions may apply, for example, when transport for a fixture is not provided.
  9. Home ticket allocation
    1st - Arsenal 'Silver' members.
    2nd - The no. of games attended throughout the season.
    3rd - No. of unsuccessful applications.
  10. Away ticket allocation
    1st - Arsenal Season Ticket (Gold) and Travel Club holders, whose tickets qualify for respective fixture.
    2nd - Members that have attended most games (not included in above)
  11. European away ticket allocation
    Same priority rules apply as per Rule 10. These are ticket only.
  12. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the match having taken place.
  13. Transport
    When the match has finished, it is your responsibility to return to the transport A.S.A.P. If you do not, the bus will leave without you.
  14. Season Tickets - Re-allocation of your ticket. If you are unable to attend a home fixture, we would prefer to have first refusal.
  15. We cannot guarantee Final tickets to Season Ticket holders. This is due to the increase in Season Tickets and reduction in tickets at some venues.
  16. Club credits
    Season ticket holders will be awarded with an extra 10 club credits at the start of each season. Per home or away match attended, 1 club credit will be awarded per member. These credits will decide ticket allocation to applicants as explained in Rules 10,11,12.
  17. Tickets (general)
    Any member found to be offering or taking tickets through any other source, other than our club (this includes fellow members), whilst our tickets are still available.
  18. The Committee reserve the right to refuse Membership acceptance at time of application.
